    For WiFi jobs we walk with a meter and show you where the signal really goes. For cameras we show you the view from each position on a phone.

    Talk through options

    What you need, what you do not, and what to leave for later. Demo kit comes with us so you can see a camera or a sensor in your hand.

    Write it up

    An itemised price by email the same day. Equipment, positions, labour, a day count. Nothing hidden.

None of it is essential, all of it makes the price more accurate.

  • Your broadband speed in the worst room (run a speed test on your phone)
  • Where the router lives and where you would like the kit to live
  • Any devices you already own and want kept
  • Photos of the outside of the property if you cannot be there
  • For businesses, a plan of the site and your IT provider details
  • Rough idea of budget, so we can pitch the right options
