First fix

What goes in before the plaster

A network point in every room, back to a cabinet in the utility or under the stairs. Cables to every camera position and the doorbell. Speaker cables to the lounge and the cinema room. Lighting circuits wired for smart control. Conduit to the TV wall so it can be changed in ten years without opening the wall.

  • Cat6 to every room, terminated and tested

  • Speaker and HDMI routes for the TV wall and cinema
  • Cabinet position agreed with the electrician
  • Everything labelled and photographed before boarding

How it works

Working with your builder

  1. 01

    Send the plans

    A floor plan and a rough idea of what you want in each room. We mark up cable routes and a cabinet position.

  2. 02

    First fix visit

    One or two days on site with the electricians, before boarding. Cables in, tested, labelled, photographed.

  3. 03

    Second fix

    After decoration: faceplates, access points, cameras, the cabinet, the TV, the speakers.

  4. 04

    Handover

    Everything on your phone, every keyholder added, a labelled cabinet and the test results.
